Mine is a newer hood from VFN and we had them take a mold from the underside of an original 69 steel hood to get the "webbing" detail right and so that the stinger insert would fit better without a lot of additional bodywork. If anyone wants to order a stinger hood let me know and I'll put you in touch with with the gentleman who has the exclusive rights to the sale of these.
