Re: Carlisle Solid Lifter Showroom #6 Pictures
Hi Ryan,
I was very fortunate last year and was able to acquire this Chevelle. Briefly, it is a numbers matching car (except for transmission, it has a non-numbers matching CX (correct for car)) with 38K original miles and POP. It has been an Ohio car its entire life. I'll post a story on it in the near future. I was changing jobs last year and did not have time to do much with the car, or even talk about it. Here are a few shots after getting it home yesterday from the SLS show. This past weekend was the first time this car has been up for public display. Many thanks to the SLS crew. I will be bringing the car to the Strongsville Chevelle show as well as MCACN later this year. Re: Carlisle Solid Lifter Showroom #6 Pictures
Wow, that's one sweet COPO Chevelle. I look forward to seeing that in Chicago. What's known about the Ed Stinn COPO Camaro? Is that Hugger Orange or Garnet Red? There was a Garnet Red with black top Ed Stinn double COPO Camaro that was featured in some musclecar magazines back in the 80's. I believe it was owned by Kenny Roger's manager at the time.

It's orange, and there is a Garnet red w/black top one. From what I have learned all, or many, Ed Stinn copo's had vinyl top.
