Not really stuck to tank but crumbling. Easy to read but wants to turn to dust !!

Car came from Herb Hallman Chevrolet in Reno NV. Just as I thought didn't travel far. From searching looks like they are Champion Chevrolet now. Anyone know this dealership?

Don't remove it. Leave it on the tank. It is too important to mess with. Have a document Conservator look at it and see if it can be stabilized, then cut the tank around it!
