I was not aware that he had TWO heart transplants and a kidney transplant.

Thanks for the link, i had tears in my eyes as well, hard to believe that could happen to someone only a month younger than me, it hits home...... https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/frown.gif It is people like Adam and Holly that make me want to donate blood and become an organ donor.

Thanks Rita, Reid, Joe and everyone else. We went to the funeral on Wednesday. It was REALLY hard...and at the same time comforting for Holly...as she was finally able to 'let go' with her emotions.

Thank you for sharing this - the reality of transplant is something we just have to learn to live with everyday, and cherish everyday with our "kids" - Both Joey and Holly have been given the most precious gift on earth, and I know like us, you never take it for granted. Please share our condolences with Adams family- I am sure it was very difficult for all of them. Vera
