apologize for the confusion. checked the docs this am. i think they are called "retail order" forms that were used by motion but had the chevy or GM logo on them.

Car is in November issue of Vette magazine (on stands now). a dream come true! Was waiting for this before posting pics.

thank you. im anxiously awaiting its debut at MCACN and getting a reaction from the original owner's family. i just sent them some copies of magazines and hope i did well by them.
