Don't they have any city codes to inforce? If that thing sat on a city street here for more than a week, it would get ticketed, at 30 days, towed. Impound fees after a week would make you think twice about reclaiming it, and waiting for it to go to the impound annual auction, foggeddaboutit.

nice! the cheapest around here(20 miles away) is 2.99 with the local places charging 3.65.
