Do you recognize this fish? You have probably eaten it many times. 60 years ago it appeared on the menu as Dolphin. But due to the popularity of a 1960s TV show called FLIPPER the name was changed to . . . . Mahi Mahi. It's been that name ever since. But it is a Dolphinfish.
