Bernalillo County, NM in which Albuquerque reside sucks. You have to be 75 to get out of Jury Duty - I'm 72. The only cars that don't require an emissions test have to be 35 years old. Mines 28.

My daughter is the judicial assistant to the Federal Court judge for central/western Michigan and the Upper Peninsula.
She signed us up to participate as jurors in a mock trial, in support of a program for training new attorneys.
It was fun; it was a full day and we really got into it (like you tend to forget it is pretend and everyone takes their roles very seriously - until it's over).
And - no - it does not count as jury duty so we are still eligible to be called.
