He told me Bob had called him to thank him for referring us and even though it cost his company $50,000 to permanently fix the problem, he came out looking like a hero to the owner because he did not want the owner's cousin to do the installation in the first place. He had no faith in his ability to do it right and wanted a professional company instead. Then I told my client about the company dinner at The Palm we were planning for all of us and the spouses and girlfriends thanks to Forest Electric. He was VERY pleased to hear that. The gift certificate was for $2500. |
