Does this mean when I pull my car out of winter storage I may not have tires on my rims cuz the mice ate them?

Didn't GM and Ford have an issue with soya base electrical wiring covering when they stored vehicles during Covid?
They were stored because of the "lack of micro chips" for the on board computers.......
