Screw isn't all the way in. Also notice there is a valve stem cap stuck in the undercoat on the subframe. https://www.yenko.net/attachments/372733-Picture197.jpg

This one the guy managed to scratch the trim while trying to put the screw in and then gave up I guess. https://www.yenko.net/attachments/372734-Picture198.jpg
