From salvage yard Chevelle Super Sports...It's so common that some believe they were factory installed. This one has a rare black vinyl top, but should not have the SS grille emblem, or the hood. - Bill W

We had some conversation with the guy in Chicago several years ago.

He seemed pretty forthcoming initially but as we pressed for specifics (like a VIN, so that we could find the PHS documentation) he shut down and I haven't heard from him since.
