The inventor designed to be able to drive to airport, easily attach wings, fly to another airport detach wing and not have to rent a car . Unfortunately on September 11 , 1973 when test pilot was not available the 2 inventors crashed and did tot survive .

----Several years ago Jan and I went to a car-boat-airplane show at Ocean Reef in the Florida Keys. The only one of these left flying dropped in from somewhere in northern Florida. The owner landed with his 12 year old son. Later his wife showed up in a car with thier other son. She refused to take the ride down in the plane,,,LOL! So, the owner actually participated in both the car show part as well as the plane show part.....Bill S
