Seller’s Description:

Serial number 1. Extensive documentation, frame-off restoration, loaded with A/C, power windows, AM/FM radio, and much more. Runs and drives superbly, very fast yet comfortable. An extremely impressive car!

Depending on who you ask, 906 or 914 Hurst/Old were built, with this car being serial number 1, the first one built. Even George Hurst's personal car was serial number 3. VINs are not sequential, however—the guys at Demmer just went out in the parking lot and grabbed a car to keep the line moving.

Their purpose seems obvious—to keep out debris—but chimney caps serve another important role when it comes to keeping your house safe.

"Chimney caps help protect against rowdy embers by preventing them from escaping," says Mark Soto of San Ant Roofing. When these embers leave through the chimney they can cause damage to your roof and even start chimney fires."

While all gutters will keep rain away from your home's foundation, copper ones have an interesting function that even people who own homes that have them may not know about.

Because copper has natural antibacterial properties, it helps limit mold and mildew growth, which lengthens the amount of time between gutter cleaning,

After Three Coronavirus Stimulus Packages, Congress Already Prepping No. 4

Quote:

As lawmakers last week completed a record-shattering economic-rescue package estimated at $2 trillion, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.) predicted: “This is certainly not the end of our work here in Congress—rather the end of the beginning.”

Legislators from both parties, administration officials, economists, think tanks and lobbyists are already roughing out the contours of yet another emergency-spending package—perhaps larger than the last—to try to keep the coronavirus crisis from turning into a 21st-century Great Depression. Many expect the debate to begin in earnest by late April.

The 20-cylinder 106-liter C175-20 diesel engine in the Caterpillar 797F produces nearly 4000bhp and, more importantly, an unworldly torque output of 16,474 lb-ft and is the largest found in any current mining truck.

By adding one cup of vinegar to your laundry cycle you can gain many extra benefits. Vinegar kills off bacteria, gives your clothes a fresh scent, keeps them lint-free, and brightens them.

Baking soda in your laundry makes your whites whiter and your colors brighter. Baking soda softens the water so you can actually use less laundry detergent per load.

Why some of America's best-known companies won't qualify for bailout money

Quote:

Already, more than half of companies that borrow through corporate bond markets aren’t eligible to get help from the Fed under its current rules.

Macy’s and Gap Inc. are furloughing most of their workers as their sales collapse — but they might not qualify for the massive backstop for companies that Congress just passed because their finances are so bad that their debt is rated as junk.

The two iconic retailers and other companies running out of cash can’t tap into the new loan program backed by the Federal Reserve because it’s only available to corporations whose debt is considered safe by credit rating firms.

We had the worst time getting out there to do actual testing because the area was often already booked for photo shoots (photographic evidence attached).

The reason that this movie rules for anyone who loves drag racing history and the reason that the whole thing is padded with incredible footage shot on great cameras at tracks like OCIR, Indy, Fontana, the Las Vegas Speedrome and others. Even more wild is that the drag racers in the move are the real guys! Walt Rhodes plays….WALT RHODES. These guys go to Donovan Engineering and lo and behold there’s Ed Donovan in the movie! The amount of racer cameos is awesome and the fact that Rhodes and the guys on his team agreed to do this because the production basically covered their fuel bill to the US Nationals is amazing.

The acting and plot suck beyond all recognition but the racing footage, the drag racers and industry people shown, all of that is awesome and well worth the watch. You will see things that no one else has recorded footage of in drag racing history. Want an example? How about Bob Correll crashing the Kitecycle on a jump before the start of a 64 Funny Car show at Orange County International Raceway!
