https://images2.imgbox.com/8f/2e/amO3Tcfx_o.jpg https://images2.imgbox.com/98/8d/3fvldvro_o.jpg I remember when these first became available. Our division had 3 of them for sale. All sold immediately. Within the first 7 days, all 3 were in the service departments. There was a flaw in the cooling system and the cars overheated. One had a blown engine - less than 50 miles on it. Of course we at Ford Motor Credit felt bad for the owners who insisted on making no payments on any of the 3 cars. All demanded refunds. All 3 cars were repo'd. AFAIK it became a lawsuit. That went to Dearborn, out of our hands thank God. |

https://images2.imgbox.com/83/21/AkEeh9ce_o.jpg In business, I was taught early on . . . when everyone is going left - make a right - untrampled ground. Just be careful to avoid any quicksand. Looks like car design isn't much different. This one fell into the quicksand IMO. |

2 Attachment(s) Yes - Here locally the Shriners used them in parades, and they were one of the available rides at Flint's Kearsley Park (the Flint Industrial Mutual Association's "Safetyville"). K |
