Thanks Mitch. I didn’t even really like gold exterior much but my wife loved it. She wanted a gold camaro. I told her, “Only way is if it is originally gold!” Next day I found this car. It was meant to be.

Some day, I need to post how my first Harley came about. My wife is STILL sorry she set the parameters and that was 25 years ago...:grin:
Ironically, she LOVES riding our current Harley.

Thanks Dan! I studied a lot of photos on how guys mounted these pedestal tachs on 67/68 cars. This location seems to be the easiest to read the gauge. I wanted to mount it to the top of the dash but this things is kinda big and cumbersome... Would need to mount it to the dash pad, I didn't like that idea. It does however make operating the ignition switch a little awkward.
