The Postal Service has been losing money for 12 years now. The Postal Service reported a loss of $3.9 billion for the budget year that ended Sept. 30, compared with a $2.7 billion loss the year before.

These postal trucks are a RHD S truck chassis which we (GM) developed in the early 1990's for their use.

We had one blow off the top of Pikes Peak during brake testing. It was on its way down the side when it was stopped by a good sized boulder.

The engineer driving the truck sustained no injuries.
