Just got this reply from the gentleman that posted the photo of the '65 GTO towing the VW.
"My dad installed the headrests. No Console, just the Hurst Shifter with the white ball on top. 4 on the floor." |

First a neat advertisement.
Second a vintage ‘65 hardtop that looks to be Mayfair Maize, or possibly Mission Beige? Black Cordova top. Radio. Inside day/night mirror. Outside rear view mirror. Custom wheel disc. Red line on the back, whitewall on the front. |

That’s crazy in this photo are three different year Tempest Series cars.
The ‘67 does not have a rear plate. |
Might be a brand new '67 there. Also appears to be a dealer nameplate in the center of the tail panel.

Plus the two door ‘57. |

I saw that photo the other day along with these others of the same car. Looked like a possible pinstripe delete car, but tough to tell. Note the Red assembly line fuel filter with original clamp in place.

Hey G,
I saw those additional photos too. Early ‘67 fuel lines on this 335 HP car with power steering. I suppose this guy can manage driving with one arm since the column automatic and PS would benefit him. |
Ha!... good point, Chris!
