I just got back from my doctor appointment. Healthy blood 02 level should be around 96 to 98. I'm measuring 77. That's not good. But . . . it's better than the 70 I measured two weeks ago. 70 or below is the Danger Zone. Fainting and Dizzy Spells are common. So I have made some progress.

My Dr. suggested I get one of the portable 02 concentrators - what was suggested to me by you guys. There is a chance that Medicaid will pay for it. Problem is my 02 company is back ordered on them. No idea when this will right itself.

Gained back a coup[le of pounds (frowns) because my appetite is back to normal (Yeah). Will have to watch my after dinner snacking.

Made a BIG improvement in my style of living. Moved the plug in 02 concentrator into the dining room. Man that thing throws off heat. And it's sort of loud. So now my bedroom is back to normal temp and I don't hear the machine at all. I am finicky about my sleeping habits: no noise and complete darkness.

Next appointment is in 3 weeks. Will give an update then. I am positive - as long as I see ANY progress. They gave me a breathinbg tester that I am supposed to use 2 hours a day/15 minutes at a time. It will exercise my lungs and possibly increase progress. Got nothing to lose ao I will use it.

It's a special paint R code 427 Fairlane XL. Why they put that aftermarket hood on it escapes me. It definitely doesn't help with being original. Nor do the RWL tires. Should be WSW. Needs work on that exhaust system too.
