Re: "Roof" Deuce for sale ('70 YENKO Nova)
Thank you Sam and Stefano,
I am very thankful that you agreed to sell me the car and thought I would be a worthy owner of this very important part of muscle car history. It’s been a pleasure negotiating with you and I agree Stefano really worked well for both of us to address all of our mutual questions and helped facilitate a productive and positive conclusion. This car will be a very special addition to my collection and I am extremely proud to be able to own such an amazing car. Looking forward to shaking your hand and going over all the details of the car when you deliver it this weekend. With much respect, Scott |
Re: "Roof" Deuce for sale ('70 YENKO Nova)

The Deuce, under close scrutinization, being loaded up on Friday night in Arizona, soon to be heading to SOCAL…

I haven't seen the boys for a while, so this is a great coincidence and surprise! https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/pics...4199-image.jpg Enjoy Scott! |

Re: "Roof" Deuce for sale ('70 YENKO Nova)
Sam, it was truly a pleasure meeting you and the Deuce is everything and more that you promised. I was and am blown away by the level of documentation and detail you provided on the car. As you know I own several high end cars and we at Mascar do amazing restorations and I must say, this car is one of the finest restorations I have ever seen. I drove the car to Cars n Coffee today in Irvine California and the car dives wonderful, has great power and is a joy to drive. I plan on keeping it set up with the “Day 2” parts and just enjoy the car for now. Thank you Sam once again and if I ever sell the car, you will get the first chance at the car.

Re: "Roof" Deuce for sale ('70 YENKO Nova)
Hello everyone, hope you are all doing well. Want to give you an update on the Yenko, I am sure most of you know this car is a multi-national show winning Yenko, and I am happy to share with you all that I will be bringing this car to the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals in November. Many of you are familiar with this car in its Day-2 configuration and Sam did a magnificent job in recreating it as it was in the 70’s. Well the team at Mascar Auto has reworked this Yenko into our version of a Day 2 …. An Executive Day 2 and we can’t wait to show and share our version of this amazing car. Please take the time to come by and see our display of this and 4 other great cars at the show. We will have this 1970 Deuce Yenko on display along with a 1970 Black 426 Hemi Cuda, a 1970 Saturn Yellow GSX Stage 1 4 spd, a 1970 Special Order Paint Black 428 SCJ Cougar Eliminator and a Pro Street 1987 Buick Gran National, all built buy Mascar / Classic Resto-Mod.

Re: "Roof" Deuce for sale ('70 YENKO Nova)
Changed Sam's work? All the painstaking effort into restoring the "original" Day-2 parts that the Roof's put on that car originally? I saw that car in progress. Deuce Heaven and Sam's work was second to none. Good luck with the showing.

Re: "Roof" Deuce for sale ('70 YENKO Nova)
Thanks for participating, you guys are going to have a great time. Can't wait to see your cars!

Re: "Roof" Deuce for sale ('70 YENKO Nova)
sounds like vintage air, cruise control and Automatic Trans w/shift kit !!
OMG... I HOPE I'M DREAMING DEAD WRONG !!! MUST BE a Serious Set of Tires front & back (Slicks of Checkered flags) throughout the tread footprint I hope ! How can you improve/upgrade authentic original owner Day 2 Components ? damn....... |
Re: "Roof" Deuce for sale ('70 YENKO Nova)
I'll be making a bee-line for that Eliminator!

No A/C, all parts are vintage to time period and correct. Sam did an amazing job, however I wanted something a bit different, all “Day 2” that were on the car have been preserved and packaged for safe keeping, and all changes are done in a way that the car can easily be changed back, however I plan on keeping this and my other 1970 Yenko Deuce a long time, in fact I would like add a few more |

The Eliminator is confirmed as 1 of 3 Special Order Black Paint Eliminators built I am lucky enough to own 2 of the 3. They built 2 428 CJ cars, and 1 1970 Boss 302 Eliminator, the only verified Black Boss 302 car for built. 1970 428 CJ 4 spd with 391 gears. 1970 428 Super Drag Pack 4 spd 430 gears with Oil cooler (mine) Documented fully with Perfect Build sheet and Dealer Invoice as well as full Marti verification. The Boss car is all original and we will begin addressing its build in the near future. Fully documented with 2 Build Sheets, Dealer Invoice and Marti personal verification and certification. |
Re: "Roof" Deuce for sale ('70 YENKO Nova)
Any Day 2 stuff is cool....
at least you are "personalizing" to you, and your tastes. Along with preserving another's glorious personality he bestowed on it. When any of us sell a heart n soul car , can we ask for anything else but an awesome caretaker ?? !! Kudos, will you be gracious enough to "show off" the New Ca. style PRO Touring look to us who can't make it to Chicago ? |

We are really looking forward to coming out and meeting people, I know some may not like the changes that we have made and that is all part of the deal. I personally think you will all dig what we have done and we are looking forward to being a part of the show. To those that cant make it, I will post lots of pics after the show : ) |
