Laser straight paint and body with exacting factory style stripes (sans the factory flaws) painted on top of the base color, just like factory and NOT clear coated over.

W-30s and W-31s were on a diet from the factory. It has been estimated that approx 100lbs of excess weight was deleted. No undercoating in the wheel wells unless it was added by the dealer.

That is a strong price for a W30 hardtop although I am sure the sellers were expecting more given what went into that car.
