I sat in the 5th row at Pacific Ampitheater with my then girlfirend Lynn...had to be maybe 1981? I am a huge Rush fan...but Kim Mitchell was crazy (and good)...

It's always hard to see talented people pass on. Even more so at the young age of 41.
Cancer's a tough foe for sure... Saw Max Webster a number of times in the later 70's with RUSH. I still remembers RUSH's first album with 3 greasy guys on the back cover. The current tour, which I saw and am going to see again, is maybe their best ever. I advise all who are even moderate fans to see it.
