So I guess the word is out. If Stefano only knew how bad I wanted this car but I just never had enough money. I kept telling myself to just go see Stefano and see if we could work something out but I never have the time. I offered to pay for the car on my credit card but Stefano got real quite so I will have to finish the transaction Monday. I am not going to tell my wife till the car shows up in a truck, that is always fun. Now we need to find a car for Rob.

I am really thinking about having it dropped off at work and ask if I can store it at the bowling alley across the street. I did that with a VW bug one time when I worked for another company, I kept it for 4 years and never brought it home.

I stopped by the International Headquarters of Nickey Chicago a couple days ago on the way back from Green Bay. When they fired this baby up, my heart skipped a beat.

Congrats on purchasing a really neat car and if you ever decide to bring it back to Illinois, there will be a spot at Chevy Vettefest with your name on it!
