Stefano - A good friend of mine knows this car well as he was friends with Vinnie Vitar. Vitar sold his tranny shop to Select Transmissions when he was through with the business. They have since carried over the infamous blue painted automatic in their Long Island operation.

The Nickey Chicago speed/conversion shop used and sold Vitar transmissions too.

BTW, the Vitar COPO has been sold.
