We stamped a lot of those smog pulleys years ago and sold them (as repro) although it was actually a GM part (Cadillac) that we stamped. Long discontinued, but it was a twin to the original 458 pulley. I'm sure a lot of folks re-sold them as "real" ones. Steve D&R Classic Automotive

I have a few of the Cadillac Deep grove pulleys here.
They are just slightly smaller in diameter then the 458's.
Can't really tell unless they are side by side.

Hey Charley, for the record I can't find any evidence of an old part number filled and ground off. Looks like the high bidder is backing out (claims he didn't read the description!) so I may throw the pulley in the blast cabinet and have a look.
