Boy, those are the money shots. What color, options, dealership, owner history - you know the drill! https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/naughty.gif

Thanks guys! The car is forest green, white stripes w/cowl induction,4 speed w/console,dark green interior. I bought it off of the original owner, approx 36,000 miles on it.Was sold at a dealership in metamora,il which about 20 minutes from here. It has the original window sticker, protecto plate, dealer invoice, order form and 5 build sheets. Has a CE block which was put in in 1971 for which I also have the dealer warranty paperwork documenting that. Here are some more pics of the other build sheets.

Re: ls6 pictures
Amazing what 36000 miles of midwest driving does to the underside of a car.
Looks like you're doing a great job of undoing the aging process https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/beers.gif |
Re: ls6 pictures
The car has been off of the road since 1974, it was then stored outside for awhile, then finally moved inside to a morton type building with a dirt floor for several more years. When I came across it in 2002 it was on blocks inside of a garage with a concrete floor. It has it's original paint on it that really came to life when I buffed it,if only it would have been stored more carefully!!! Just the other day I took apart the bucket seats in hopes of finding another buildsheet, it appears that there was one in there, but some mice have eaten it leaving shredded bits of paper all over the inside of the seat back.I'll snap some pics of it and post it sometime.
