Mike, like Mark said if you could let me know if you have any factory documentation and if it is "THE" original motor with the original build and vin stamp PLEASE let me know. Beautiful car thanks, Rich.

FWIW, Dan Carr at Team Chevelle has estimated that there were a total of 540 LS6-equipped El Caminos built in 1970. 344 manuals and 196 automatics.
