Well here it is. It ain't pretty but it goes.

1972 RS-Z/28 original colors Mulsanne Blue stripe delete ("DX3") with blue standard vinyl. Appears to be all original body panels but pretty much all are rusted. Underneath from the nose to the gas tank looks pretty solid. Car was treated to a Maacco paint job in 1980 Seafoam Teal yuck. You can see the original paint underneath on almost every panel. The person I bought it from owned it for 23 years and he got it minus the motor. At the time his father had a 69 L68 tripower Vette. The Vette got totaled so they put the motor and trans in the Z/28. Unfortunately the car doesn't have the tripower now but after doing some tuning the car goes like hell. I'm gonna need new tires by summers end. Plan now is to make it a Day 2 car.

Forgot to mention how nice it is to have a car that doesn't have to "match".

Ray- Still waiting for pics of yours. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/wink.gif

Here we go...just moved into a house and found my photos. This first one is "DAY 2", I had the car about 2 days at this point (July 1978).
