My Chevelle did ! If you look at the header above your post you will find a list of VINS and a lot of them show the selling dealer so you can get a close idea how many V V sold

I hope I don't step on any toes here as it's certainly not my intention to do so. My thought is,whoever has bought this car, please post some as found, or as is pictures, before any work is done to it. While the folks here are good, and trusting people, if this car shows up 6-9 months down the road looking like new, someone will utter that awful word rebody. Please, if you would, share with us the history, pictures, and knowledge you have with this car. There are a lot of knowledgeable folks here who will be glad to offer help. Myself included. Schonye

I agree. This whole story might be BS but I have a feeling it is true......

Did the seller ever give any indication that he sold this car recently? How do we know he isn't talking about wrecking and selling the car years ago? Not too many people sit on a wrecked car for decades, but I suppose anything is possible.

In his email to me he said there were dealers looking at it then(1/2/05). He never emailed again so if it sold, it wasn't me that bought it.

Re: yenko duece on ebay?

You are right, not too many sit on a wrecked car. However, there is a sister car to this one that was reported to me by the original owners as totalled out by the 2nd owner. He assured me that the car was 'gone', so I listed it as such until proven otherwise. Low and behold, 2 separate people have seen the deuce, still smashed, 'resting' in a barn. So, I reversed the previous conclusion, and show it as existing.

This is why I referred to the prior listing of 'totalled' deuces as heresay, or speculative. Other than the PA cars that I've done title searches on, and have come back as 'Junked' or 'Wrecked', I rely on people's recollections.

Nothing makes me happier than to learn that a Deuce, that was previously thought to be a goner, turns up alive!

I received an e-mail today from the seller saying that they were waiting for the buyers check to clear.

Sounds like the same car that Carol and Marsha told me about. If it's the real deal, it would be great news to find out that the car survived! Eventually, it will find it's way to this site, they all do.
