Re: 68 BB Camaro with 140 Speedo, Yenko Hood on Ebay
No, I didn't eat one too!!
I have some old notes that list a certain Omar Herrara as the owner of a '68 Yenko # YS-8042, and was curious if this car was one and the same. I believe I've spoken to him in the past, but it was many years ago. I'm not sure I understand the secrecy of the VIN# or Trim Tag info, nor the lawsuit threats, it's inappropriate. If you wish to sell an authentic Yenko car, then you have to prove it as such, simple as that! I'm not sure if his VIN is on our published list or not, nor am I sure if the reference of #YS-8042 is correct, it's just some notes I jotted down many years ago. Maybe he can explain this further? |

The plot thickens....

Re: 68 BB Camaro with 140 Speedo, Yenko Hood on Ebay
Interesting. If this car was proven to be a Yenko, would it be the only Yenko with a houndstooth interior? Oops, I just realized I was thinking about the red 69 Yenko with the AC dash when I commented about documentation in my earlier post.

Why would this email be forwarded to ME by this Omar guy??

I am not a crook as you have stated. In my opinion, you are a complete uneducated Jerk! You called me a crook on a nationally publicized web sight because I used a friend of mines e bay account for selling my vehicle? Very intelligent… You have made a very stupid and a very big mistake. Know one is hiding there name or info from you as who are you that anyone should have to hide anything from? My friend is the one who listed the car for me as he had an e bay account already set up and the car was NOT misrepresented in any way as seen in the e mail that you posted on the sight and the e bay add itself, the add clearly states that the car is non documented, and was very clear about the car and very honest about the car’s components. I even seen the correspondence on the sight between you and Mr. Lillard who told you that it was bs that I didn’t want to give you my vin numbers. I don’t have an obligation to anyone on the sight or anyone else for that matter to give them vin #or trim tag info of my car unless I CHOOSE TO. If you had a problem with not being able to attain the information you wanted then why couldn’t you be a man and call me as a number was left on the e bay add which if you had any sense you would have used it. I have proof that my car came with a 410 427 which came with the car when the car was purchased, know one had to tell me.. I.e. casting numbers ECT (for Mr. Lillard). So as for your” totally bs remarks , I think the only bs is your chicken sh-t life and the way you slander individuals name even though you don’t know them, know anyone they know or have ever done one single business transaction with them .It will be interesting to see if you have enough courage to post this e mail on the sight like you did the last one for all the members to see your true colors. It will also be interesting to see how the legal ramifications turn out regarding this matter also. ================================== The only thing I posted on this subject was... -> https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/crazy.gif https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/dunno.gif |
