Bud
The best thing to do is to Google "FBI Field Offices" then click on the city that's nearest you. Each field office link has the agent in charge listed by name.
Put his name and the FBI street/city/zip address in- but leave out the "FBI" part. The agent will still get the bad check.
Tell the scammer you can't receive mail in your bad, mail-stealing neighborhood, so he is sending it to your "cousin."

In fact, tell him to put ALL the delivery info for the caps in a letter with the check, "because your email has been really messed-up lately and you don't want to screw-up the delivery."

The check scammer will put all pertinent delivery info in with his bogus check and all hell will break lose on him.

The FBI will track him down if the check is big enough. Tell him you need an extra $1000 for shipping due to customs regs!

He won't care, the check is fake anywayz.

By the way...

The bogus Western Union receipt I sent last night did NOT contain my phone number... https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/no.gif

It was the field offices of the FBI in Boston, MA!
