Don't quote me on that. I was trying to take it all in at the time and certainly could have mixed up some facts.

That time frame would have been about the last time my father talked with Roy Tope who was his contact inside IH. It was Roy who was friends with Jim and got us in to see his cars.

This was the Chrysler Convention at the Chelsea Proving Grounds in 1983. Jim drove it up to take in the show.
