They look great and I'm sure will perform well. I still hate that you don't get that hard edge from the tread to sidewall as the poly tires have. For me that is a major part of the look.

X2!! It is the hard edge that gives that squared off look that is a deal breaker for me.. I'll keep my Coker Firestone wide ovals F70/G70

They look good from a distance...commend Coker for going forward with them and hope they do and sell well. Please Coker...keep making the normal bias tires for the purist at heart!

I would like to see them both up close, the edge looks fairly sharp, not crisp like original but really close.

I assume they would handle, turn, better? Last longer?

I just wanted to let you guys know that the latest Muscle Car Review issue has an article on the new Coker Firestone wide-oval red line radials. They don't have the hard edge and the red line isn't into the sidewall like the original bias plies, but for everything related to handling they got a good review.

The article gave the information I was assuming.

Less noise
Better handling
Less tracking/following road defects

It was kind of silly as they changed the size of the tires from (bias ply) small 14's to (radial) mid size 15's:-(

Been waiting for somebody to listen to this for years! Very nice and hats off to the Coker guys for listening to the market.

Still waiting for someone to have stock in the FR60-15 but they keep pushing them back from June to mid Sept now.
