Yes you are right... Everybody here likely knows what VIN means. I used it in context the same way as historically GM used it (#) as an identifier for the dealers or alternately called it the "serial number" at the assembly level. |

Agreed. Just let the car be what it is, and let it sell on its own merits. It's not like you're buying Jon Voight's LeBaron, right? And I also agree on the vin terminology. It is one of my pet peeves to refer to the "vehicle identification numer number". |
