I assume these are dates (6-71 &72) on the 8in. Rockets? And an unusual label found on the rear wheels

Cragar Fan Star Wheels & Goodyear Polyglas white outline tires - these are on my 73 TA.

That wheel / tire combo immediately takes me back to the early 1980s. Perfect for that time period!
