It's certainly an impressive car - I owned a '69 Z in the same color scheme (car had spoilers and cowl hood though) and it was a real stunner. As for the $$, we'll have to see if someone feels the car is a good value at that price...

Thanks Lynn.

This beautiful car presents a quandary - do you pay more for a properly detailed original car using correct appearing finishes or for preserved original patina? Is that a matter of personal preference?

Either way, 119K? For a non-RS, no cowl hood, standard interior green car? That's a bit tough to swallow. Originality does not trump desirable options/colors when you get into that kind of money. And I am not saying I am one, BUT, the skeptics out there will refer to the ONLY documents included (P-O-P and window sticker) as THE two most counterfeited docs in the Chevrolet community. 2cents.

Don't know about 119k, but wouldn't be surprised to see this one changing hands at or near 100k

Well Des like we go back and forth all the time. What is a &quot;true&quot; survivor car? Original paint car IMO does not make it a survivor? It means the paint survived but other things did not. How about an unrestored car with one repaint? I like that alot. Can't believe that green LS-6 Chevelle is still around.

People have been paying much more money for unaltered original cars as of late. Paying even more than what a similarly restored car would bring in.

(I am a certified example of that)

The survivors now seem to be &quot;THE&quot; cars to acquire. I think a lot of it has to do with the bulletproof nature of their condition as an added, major portion of the provenance puzzle. Anyone can fake paperwork but you can't fake originality.

(Too bad they restored the engine compartment).

Me Too. That LS6 car seems to be the deal of the day.

Good question for Steve Shauger, Dave Valentin or Johnny Karvonen. I guess the things that were addressed did not survive King. </div></div>

Looks like a very nice car. It's also nice to see the owner disclosed all the rebuilding and detailing he's done. It's very difficult to find an untouched or fluffed car, and they are the ones that bring the big dollars. Based on what I can see the car would do very well in our program, but to really determine originality it would need to be inspected and certified by the Vintage team. I will say there are no red flags that I can see.

That green LS6 has gotten more interest than most any LS6 I have been involved in the last several years. I think I am getting 4-5 emails/calls a day on that car. Also cannot believe it has not sold. It is less now Sam, $62.5k WITH free delivery!

Love this Z as well!
