Jerry, his wife and young son did quite a bit of sightseeing during his assignments. A Camaro with a full size spare doesn't allow much luggage space so he installed the rack.

Now that Paul's RS Z has sold I figured I would bring this one back up. Price dropped to $88,500. I'll try Ebay this weekend but would rather see it go to a member here.
