For some reason I thought there was a shade or two difference. Im probably wrong but I know the paint that was chosen was LeMans.

In this case the old saying &quot;less is more&quot; comes into play. Car looks good like it is IMO. Reminds me of the &quot;high school&quot; style of cars I remember back in the late 70's. Very simple mods, clean, not gaudy.

Yeah that was my thought on the look. Only other thing I plan on doing is either stripping down the traction bars &amp; painting them another color (not sure which would look good) or making my own bars and having them chromed. Not sure yet what I will do.

I used to hate aluminum slots and with pictures like the one you just posted Bruce makes me wonder why!!
