What made the guy Sell the Car to You In that 10 year time span,Did you become friends with the owner of the car?I must say that Camaro has a LOT of potential,As soon as I saw them chains in Front-I could tell that was a Fast Car in its day-It would be cool if the owner could gather up some older photos and some Street Race stories-Very Cool Score on your Part,Are you gonna build it As it was or do your own thing to the car?Cant wait to see progress Pic's..

I agree, some neat stuff to look at on how the car was set-up. As for the last part of yoru comment, am I the only one thinking it or somehow- nevermind thanks for sharing the pics and look forward to the stories.

Re: My "Day 2" 1968 Camaro find & purchase
The car has a lot of surface rust on the suspension parts but is surprisingly solid underneath. It was undercoated since new. Frame rails, shock mounts, torque box areas, front subrame, cowl and windshield area, rockers, braces, etc are all rock solid. Typical fender, door and quarter panel rust and the driver's side footwell has two small holes.
