Very nice 1972 W-30…those were such cool cars! It reminds me a bit of the In-Line tube guys 1972 W-30 that was shown at the MCACN show!

That green W-30 is just beautiful as that color just pops.
I have never seen one in that shade of green before. Very nice. |

And then today at a cruise night I see this: http://i599.photobucket.com/albums/t...10802-1632.jpg http://i599.photobucket.com/albums/t...10802-1633.jpg http://i599.photobucket.com/albums/t...10802-1632.jpg |

Steve, that shade of green was actually used by all 4 divisions in 1972. Oldsmobile called it Radiant Green, Pontiac called it Julep Green, Buick called it Heritage Green, and Chevrolet called it Spring Green. I just saw a 72 Buick GS in Heritage Green at a car show last week, and a 72 Firebird in Julep Green at another show.
Some people call this color "Scope Green" after the famous mouthwash. Some people love it, some people hate it. I actually like it! |

The GS and the 442 make me drool, especially.
Love that color. |
