Thanks Ray for your research.
I called a couple of times to try and get some info on the property. Finally got ahold of Richard who had me call his brother Greg. Seems like they own several properties on W.Pike and other than leasing some space in the rear part of the Yenko dealership (not showroom area) there was no interest in selling. He said that it was their retirement money(to sell) whenever that time came around.
The tax files show the purchase price @ $200K.
My take on that is that the 1.5 acre plot is worth $195K, because the structure is in such disrepair. IMO & my $.02 worth.

Maybe they need some convincing that, between the building only getting worse, and the radiation issue nearby, their property values aren't exactly going to go up.

How cool would it be for a bunch of Yenko fans to purchase that place, and indeed make it a museum to Don and family?

Is there no one (on this site or even alive) that worked at the dealership that could provide these details?
IE: where the satellite lot was exactly? What other buildings or property was a part of the dealership? It looks like it would have been bigger.
I love historical stuff like this, even though this isn't that old, history wise.
