Yep..That was popular back then....Like you, I still use it today...my better half keeps hiding it on me though...

I was searching for a post on cleaning an old vinyl top and came across this one, but since it's almost 13 years old, I figured I'd resurrect it and see what new products have come out since then.

What are your recommendations for cleaning and then protecting an old vinyl top?

I’d probably use something like Vinylex. But seeing that old response using Pledge made me laugh. Back in the day (late 60’s) many of us used pledge on our cars paint once cleaned. For some reason it worked, but it did draw flies! Ha!
