Re: 1979 yenko nova?
John Brown send me your e-mail address and I will try to get you the picture of the Yenko Duece that is not on the list so you can post them. I will also try to get you the Day 2 pictures of the Silver Conner Duece. I tried and could not get them to work and I am way to busy these days with my new job to try to figure it out. On the 79 Yenko Nova...the one in Joe's pictures is either a 76 or 77 because of the Nova emblem in the grille. All 79's had square headlights and a different grille, if any one cares about these big bumper smog POS's. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/grin.gif https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/grin.gif

Don Yenko ran a Nova in IMSA’s Kelly American Challenge Series that started in 1977. He finished 4th that year. Around 79-80 Yenko was working on a Chevy Citation race car project. Bill Grumpy Jenkins built the engines. Maybe Bill B remembers that project? [/ QUOTE ] Here's the Kelly Challenge car: https://www.yenko.net/attachments/370...rabilia007.jpg |

Another photo of the same car, I believe that's Dick Thompson on the driver's side... Don Yenko in the foreground.
