Just what would the taxes or gardening cost for a year on this place? And yes I am asking because I cant afford.

These vegetables are not always the same plant. Though some green peppers are unripe red peppers, green, yellow, orange, and red peppers are all unique plants with their own seeds.

Despite its name, white chocolate doesn't actually contain any real chocolate components. According to Bon Appetit, the item is made up of a blend of sugar, milk products, vanilla, lecithin, and cocoa butter - no chocolate solids.

"As American as apple pie" isn't actually very American. Pie was invented in Medieval England, while the modern recipe for apple pie with a lattice crust was created and perfected by the Dutch.

The amish that worked on my barn have skiied behind the buggy. Snow down the road and when the fields were flooded they found water skis and the horse was on the road.

Jewish folks going out for Chinese food on Christmas may be a cliche, but it’s not exactly inaccurate. There are a few reasons behind this annual tradition. First, Jewish and Chinese immigrants lived very closely together on New York’s Lower East Side, and because neither celebrated the holiday, it only made sense for them to spend it together. Second, Chinese food is generally a safe choice for kosher Jews, because Chinese cooking rarely includes dairy, and Jewish law forbids mixing dairy and meat. And third, Chinese restaurants are open on Christmas Day, when many others (except for some chain restaurants) are closed.

Hey, it’s cold out — how about a nice cup of hot chocolate? Or would you rather have some hot cocoa instead? They’re used interchangeably, but they’re in fact not the same. Hot chocolate is made with chopped high-quality chocolate that’s melted into hot water or milk. Hot cocoa starts with cocoa powder, which is dissolved with sugar into hot milk or water.

In Illinois, You'll Pay Hundreds More for a Car So They Can Fix the Roads

Big money for Illinois transportation infrastructure is about to hit car buyers in the state in a lot of small ways. A package of bills known collectively as Rebuild Illinois has been going into effect throughout 2019, with more increased fees coming into play on January 1, 2020.

As part of Rebuild Illinois, the state doubled its gas tax from $0.19 per gallon to $0.38 per gallon earlier this year. Also in July, the cost for a new title went up $55 (to $150). At the start of 2020, the vehicle registration fee will go up $50 (to $151), and the state dealer fee will be increased by $125 (to $300). The Illinois Automobile Dealers Association supported that last fee increase in order to "help to reimburse dealers for the ever-expanding list of state and federal mandates related to the sale of motor vehicles," the group's website says.

The state is also changing the way it values tax credits for trade-ins. Until now, the state had given a credit for the full value of the vehicle that was traded in. On January 1, only the first $10,000 of a traded-in vehicle will be counted for this credit. Wrap all of these increases together, and Rebuild Illinois will end up adding a few hundred dollars to the price of every car purchased in the state.

Ford has filed a patent application for the electric F-150's front trunk with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

The frunk, which has two separate compartments, can be accessed without opening the hood; the patent illustrations show it can be reached by opening up the grille.

Ford hasn't released specs for its first all-electric pickup yet; it's expected to make its debut sometime in 2021.

A common refrain in Michigan as well.

I thought it was a nice touch that the guy raised the air cleaner off the carbs just like the prop rods do the hood.
