Hope you can come Chuck!!!

I have a great photo of you and your friend and Dan Vasic when I had my car in the barn finds display, let’s recreate it:-)

So I have a local shop selected to take my body and replace, repair, the small rust issues, prep and paint the underside. They will also paint my steel wheels, and put the body back on the frame:-)

The shop that does metal work mainly but no paint is most likely going to do some work for Tracker1, there is enough work for everybody :-)

Had a nice chat with RamblerDealer and started planning moving around the body, the frame, and the engine/trans.

I am so excited to get this monkey off my back...... real progress coming to a build thread near you real soon :-)

Sweet! Now remember, Ryan....these threads need anticipation! And if TV has taught me anything, it's that you need to work right up until the deadline (MCACN doors opening) , freak out, yell, throw stuff, and then miraculously.... it'll all work out in the end!! That's how it's supposed to work, right? :hmmm::biggthumpup::dunno:

Looking forward to progress pics!!

Cheers:beers:

I will have to drive around Michigan to get to Illinois :-) That will give me more time in the trailer to wrap it up:-)

The shop owner will drop off his rotisserie this week, early next week I will have to transfer the body from one spit to another. Later in the week Terry and I wil take the body to the shop and get the frame, engine, trans, Bell housing, etc, etc, from the igloo:-)

Excited:-)

Ryan

Oops I forgot I need to remove the wipers and windshield trim....

I added a few shifters to my burgeoning collection :-)

One is even a 3 speed to match my 3 speed console:-) (someday I will have all the spare components to convert a cheap auto Cutlass S to manual)
