At first glance it was; "redlines on a Monte Carlo?" Then I realized it was that protection coating which is almost always blue, only this time it's red.

That's probably Flint Assembly.
You can see the guy in the pit with his drift pin up through the frame, to help guide the body down.
The guy at the left front will guide the steering column shaft over the rag joint of the steering gear.
