I have a high school friend who is an officer with the Flint Police department.
He has a '64 Chevy painted up to look like a vintage police car. He said it is especially helpful for breaking up fights, because the boys will stop tussling in order to come over and look at the car.

PS: the dealership is going to want to make sure there is a big drip pan underneath that. These cars don't have a "rear main seal": it's more of a die cast aluminum "canoe" that is supposed to, via a tortuous path, catch the oil and return it to the sump. I suppose it is one step above not having an oil pan and letting it run out on the ground.
