NASCAR CEO Brian France Arrested for DUI
Sunday night at 7:30pm, NASCAR’s CEO Brian France was arrested for driving under the influence in the Sag Harbor community of the Hamptons. The charges include aggravated driving while intoxicated and criminal possession of a controlled substance. The substance was oxycodone found on his person.
