That handle should fit a '68 also, as they are the same in the Competition Plus line.

I'm still surprised this car hasn't surfaced. Maybe one day we'll find out.

Doug Boyce did a great job of researching all the cars but this one and the '69 both kinda disappeared into the fog of the past.

I wonder how many of these he grenaded over the course of a racing season? This is #13 so maybe at least 12?

Has anyone talked to Richie Zul? If he's still alive?
He might know what happened to the 1968 and 1969 Camaros.
If I remember correctly, he bought the Toy VI from Jenkins.

I'm pretty sure he's still kicking, lives in Long Island NY. His son posts in the FB Nostalgia Pro Stock group if one of Richie's old rides is posted.

I read an interview that grumpy had a guy do nothing but rebuild trannys at his shop.
