Rick, I assume....that seat knob is original? Some were Chrome, but most 300 Bench Seats had a Black knob.

Check your Garnet Red Post Sedan, did it have a black knob?

Checked and it's chrome also and has been on the seat when I got the car.

Yep, seen it go both ways......perhaps a plant thing or whatever the intaller had on hand that day?

Looking good, Rick. FWIW, my silver post sedan has a chrome knob too, but who knows if it's original or not.
